About Me

Isheba Cornwall is simply a natural Social Advocate for Youth Empowerment. She believes in providing young Jamaicans with the opportunities she has been given, so that she can motivate and empower them to be the best versions of themselves. Her passion for volunteering and asking for nothing in return has made her a role model to her peers and a force to be reckoned with.

Born in the deep rural of Westmoreland, Isheba believed she was given a once in a lifetime opportunity to live in Kingston at the age of five and work towards being all that she can be and more.

It wasn't until she was blinded in her left eye and became crossed-eyed that she started to know what her insecurities were. These same insecurities haunted her however failed to break her and its because of how she felt and what she faced, she is able to inspire those around her. She is able to take this negative and turn it into a positive.

Since then Isheba has developed a passion for student leadership at Excelsior High School in Kingston, Jamaica where she is the youngest student on record to have held the position of President of her school's Students' Council Body in 2016.  She currently holds the position of Vice President where she advocate for the students at Excelsior High. In addition to this, Isheba is a Senior Prefect and holds the position of Diresctor of Projects for her school's Interact Club.

She currently is the CEO for the social enterprise, Empower YOUth Tees based on Instagram (@empower_youth_tees).
